SUGAR-FREE Cinnamon Rolls Recipe!

MAKES: 7-8 Rolls

Prep/ BAKE time: 1 hour & 30 minutes / 10 – 15 minutes

CINNAMON ROLLS DOUGH Ingredients

1 ½ cup flour

½ tsp salt

1 tsp Yeast (Dry or Active)

1 Tbs Olive Oil

½ cup water

2 Tbs Honey

BEFORE BAKE GLAZE Ingredients

3 Tbs Olive Oil

3 Tbs honey 

1 tsp Cinnamon

AFTER BAKE GLAZE Ingredients

½ cup cashews

½ cup coconut oil

½ cup Organic Maple Syrup or Honey

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

*Make the DOUGH first! While your dough rises you should prepare the two glazes, then set them aside!

BEFORE BAKE GLAZE Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a bowl

2. Mix well till everything is well combined 

AFTER BAKE GLAZE Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a blender

2. Blend till smooth

3. Drizzle on cinnamon rolls once they are cooled

CINNAMON ROLLS DOUGH Directions

1. Add all the Wet ingredients into one bowl and mix

2. Add the dry ingredients to that same bowl and mix/ knead into dough 

3. Let Rise for 1 hour covered 

4. Preheat Oven to 350F after dough has risen

5. Roll out the dough (1/2 inch), then evenly brush the dough down with the “BEFORE BAKE GLAZE” 

6. Cut Dough into 7-8 rectangle strips

7. Roll the strips & once you get to the end make sure dough is secure by pinching it together

8. Place Rolls ½ inch apart on oiled baking pan

9. Bake at 350F for 10 – 15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown

10. Let cool before adding the “AFTER BAKE GLAZE”

11. Drizzle the “AFTER BAKE GLAZE” evenly on the Cinnamon rolls. ENJOY!
